We are very pleased with the bedroom furniture we bought. We also bought a side cupboard for our kitchen dining area.
My only gripe was that the stated white glove delivery service did not happen and I had to unpack and dispose of the packaging myself.

Staff were really helpful over the phone and made sure my furniture was delivered within the promised time. Although I was a little nervous about ordering online, the furniture is great quality and looks amazing in our living room. Thank you!

The price was cheaper than oak furniture land. The products arrived assembled. All I had to do was put the handles on. Really pleased with my purchases. 1 bookcase not arrived after waiting 4/5 weeks although we've been charged for it. No apology, now got to wait another 4/5 weeks. Appalling customer service, wouldn't recommend.

Table is fab- exactly as in the picture on website but unfortunately delivery was very slow- took 6 weeks and several phone calls/e-mails to get it delivered when item was supposedly in stock at time of ordering.

Bought a bookcase and TV stand - very pleased with the quality of both items - especially as I bought them unseen (apart from photos on web). i was particularly happy with the service I had when I contacted the store - being advised of a discount I was unaware of. Delivery was within the timescale advised and expertly handled.
